The material used is 3mm thick thermoplastic EVA sponge sheet.
It is heated to 130°C until soft, then pressed into a mold to form.
The mold is carved from insulation material.

This bust was created by carving a sponge, starting from the request to recreate the part lost to breast cancer.
It is lightweight, and the shape and size can be customized freely.
