Thanks to the crew at Swamp Pink, especially Emily Rosko and Jonathan Heinen, for including this excerpt from MONOLITH (with a little Sports Night fan fiction) in the new issue! swamp-pink.charleston.edu/featured/fro...

I liked getting pulled into the O'Connor stories like that. I just watched until she got on the train. I think that was fairly early.

Did anyone see that Flannery O'Connor movie? I couldn't tell if it was good or not, and I got pulled away before I could figure it out.

Moving Through Poetry with Elizabeth Arnold By Liz Countryman

Thrilled to have my essay included in Chicago Review's new dossier on the late wonderful Elizabeth Arnold. She was such a deep influence on me and on so many of us, such a wildly generous mentor, never not moving through the world as an artist.
