And not just prior to the election! Until pretty recently all these journalists were gushing about or glossing over his obvious failures in leadership - which we've all seen from the start
Quite possibly- i was being a bit facetious :) but the Christian angle aligns with his conservative views about a lot of things, and there's a voting demographic still looking for 'good Christian values' so he's going to maintain the narrative
They could still report on the rumbling unrest in caucus without detailing polls.

Me too. It's petty, but it's been a week...
I've seen a few TOP candidates speak on issues and I've always found their policies to be intelligent and pragmatic in the sectors I know something about. I think it would be good to have them in the political mix, and I hope articles like this mean they get a bit more attention this time round.
