How we can use AI in government.
I’m being very tentative on Bluesky. Only following people named “Gary” for now.
When on hold with customer service, I find it works best to be extremely mean to the machines and extremely nice to the humans. The first gets you routed to the second and the second gets your problem fixed. Might need to revise this strategy once we have AGI.
