from Lake St: you can drive all the way to 26th (despite the "road closed" signs) on Hennepin - or - take Humboldt Ave from 28th to 26th
If you are coming up 26th: proceed as normal
If you are coming from Franklin Ave: take Humboldt Ave all the way to 26th St
