I realized that not long after hitting reply. Feel like it might be telling that my brain jumped to the TCG instead lol

The difference is most people have that nostalgic tie to playing a Pokemon game so a speedrun sort of computes for them. Meanwhile the TCG is still pretty niche from a gameplay standpoint, regardless of the collections people had. Hopefully I’m understanding this correctly.

Random question, but could it be your plate putting pressure on the stabs? I had an issue with my wife’s Keychron’s numpad enter because the plate wasn’t the right size.

And in case anyone is worried, this is an aftermarket body cap, the OEM one is perfectly fine.

As you can see, the focal plane is faaaar too close and the lens will need some adjusting to fix that. Thankfully it’s only hot glued into place. I think it needs to move closer to the sensor?

Keychron is usually my go-to for recommending a first board to people. I don’t care for them personally, but I won’t deny that they make a compelling premium entry product

Well we did hire some of them.

Unfortunately, the reality is there is a referee shortage and frankly I’m not surprised about it. They aren’t paid enough (in fact most of them do it as a part time gig) for the amount of abuse they receive.

It’s kind of funny to me that Utah fans complain about how bad the refs are coming from the conference that had the worst ref crews in the country. I’m by no means saying the B12 refs are good, just that the Pac 12 refs were notoriously bad.

Crazy to me that two of the hottest teams in the Big XII got an 11am ESPN2 kickoff.

If you’ve got family you like that went to schools, that’s an easy way to pick. Local schools are a good choice if you’re in the US as well. Outside of that, watch games, find fanbases online that you vibe with, figure out which traditions you like
