Had some really unnerving dreams last night, this morning my stomach seems to be a bit fragile and I’m unusually nauseous. Going to have to keep my work jobs gentle and upright ones methinks 🤢

Shower, pack up all my work gear, get it back to Manchester, tidy the flat like a whirlwind, host three sale viewings and then… collapse? XD
I am utterly shattered tonight, and it’s only 7:30! Surely I can rustle up enough energy to enjoy a bit of gaming… 🥱

It can be like, finish work and then do just one hour or one task from a hobby piece, then reward myself with the rest of the evening to game ^^
Unhealthily it’s my anxiety that pushes me to try to do so much, anytime I sit down and try to relax I almost feel panicked 😱
But in more helpful terms than that, aim to achieve small tasks out of bigger jobs, chip away at them so they don’t feel so big and overwhelming to accomplish 👍🏻

Oof, not fun :( I’ve been suffering the same problem for over five years now and have been through about every test and scan possible and it seems to be a thing to just cope with 🫠 everything just points to it being stress/anxiety/overwork for me
