Yeah, right now, just do bits and pieces since GPUs are impossible to find right now. Can't even get a hook up on one from Nvidia either (Only one was a leftover vanilla 3070 8GB)
At the very least, you can get the mobo, CPU and RAM and replace your i7-7700K so you won't be CPU bound in new games.

Currently Central Computers has some bundle deals for the Ryzen 9800X3D that'll save you some money. I paid 785 after tax for the mobo and CPU without any bundle deals.

If you need extra PCI-express slots, maybe a different motherboard will be better. Most of the expansion slots are taken up by the 3 M.2 SSD slots that are on there.
