Yes! Found my Storm Guy kind of randomly and he provides so much better information and context than apps or “local” (corporately owned) media.

The prop betting (I mean, “trading”) activity on all this new sites indicates to me there’s an awful lot of it.

We’re the same. Disappointed grandparent wants to post them constantly to her socials, and just doesn’t get the risk. Begrudgingly respects our boundary with some complaining. I’m like if I show you what I’ve seen, you wouldn’t be so hesitant. 😳

Oh wow bucket list for me! Look forward to seeing more of the journey.

Awww. We have what we call a “weird cat wall” 😆 with cat art.

I live in Indiana and my god, Micah Beckwith is the EMBLEM of forcing his values onto other people.

I call them my cutest tripping hazards when they do this to me

Huge difference between first and second. Didn’t have options with the first, second time the timing worked and I was able to do the monoclonal antibodies! So thankful for science 🧪

Love the collaboration!

The human capacity to distort systems into self-service astounds me. This is such obviously self-serving, self-centered theology!

You’re not gonna wanna hear this but

Our kids are obsessed with the fresh waffles it makes

My home state auditor is leading the charge on this (his posts led to a firing of a university employee who didn’t wish for violence or say she was glad he died: she said she had no sympathy). Meanwhile, he certainly didn’t call out anyone who joked about Melissa Hortman’s death.

Very worried about this dynamic. We as a society, and the media, do not handle nuance well. The fact that many of these folks are so nihilistic they are purposefully sending mixed signals to try and sew chaos, and create infighting (they’re right wing! No they’re liberal!). We are not prepared.

I did too! (A southern, white, episcopal girl). As a fellow “always questing” kid, was so drawn to the intensity of feelings and the exploration that all the characters undergo.

Can’t believe rhetoric like this is now mainstream. A cabinet secretary can RT with impunity. They literally do not believe I am a full person!!

Mine knew he wanted to be a dragon not a snake so he popped early 😆. And my Gemini husband has to live with three earth signs. Hah!

This morning I saw a news report where two masked men posed as ICE agents, stopped someone in a car, and then robbed them at gunpoint. We’ll continue to see more of that as long as law enforcement officers are masking with impunity.

Oh where can you stream it? I wanted to see but I was on mat leave and couldn’t get to the movie theater with baby in tow 😆

Felt so lucky when pregnant in 2022 — boosters! Had my booster in 3rd tri. At 3 weeks, my daughter was exposed to a COVID+ individual for 24 hours, but we both avoided infection. I’m sure it was the fresh booster. So thankful, as any fever at < 3 months usually requires an ER visit.

Yes. As someone who flies with an infant, they’re great - families can go inside together, and they’re not assuming only women change diapers. This is how every single family restroom I’ve flown in looks like!

And it surprises me the kinds of health claims they are able to make (or not regulated, and therefore make).

This was a really helpful article. Admit I’ve been tempted— except for the cost!— and I consider myself a health savvy consumer. It’s easy to think “oh, blood sugar needs to be controlled, so of course it’s good to monitor…” but eye-opening how little data actually exists for non-diabetic patients.

Was shocked how little we were taught in Mississippi schools about her monumental role — and incredible life story — despite being from Mississippi (I mean, OFC we know why). So glad I read that book as an adult. It is incredible what she went through, and what she accomplished.

You did an excellent job! You got so much nuance out of a story where many of the actors had their own agendas. And your personal voice really added something to the reflections. Enjoyed the podcast so much (although his trajectory and experience has seemed sad).

Oof. Crazy immune responses! I had constant pregnancy rhinitis (which I didn’t know was A Thing, until I did). Resolved immediately after each one came out, but 9 months of sniffles.

Very lacking in Read the Room. A shame that 2 of the women are so accomplished, but it’s drowned out in the bad optics and the seat mates who are only there because they’re partnered with Bezos 😐.
