ur telling me I tried 3 polymerases, 3 template concentrations, 4 primer combinations, 2 annealing temps, linearizing the plasmid template, and multiple minipreps, just to find out all i needed to do was order new primers because the first order was botched?
my high school (large, public school in New Jersey) did fetal pigs for honors bio, not sure what they did for regular bio. gen anatomy, human phys, and marine bio electives had their own set of dissections.

does anyone know if eurofins *actually* requires these concentrations for sanger sequencing? seems awfully high considering genewiz told me 3 ng/uL for a product of 1500bp. unfortunately we can't make contact with genewiz
