Going to Boone Thursday or Friday to catch some snow. Depends on how much exactly 🤷. Just going to take 421 to Boone. Hopefully see something cool, and then drive back later in the day. I may be wanting to stay up there for a while haha!

Already seeing “that’s a trend”. I understand we want snow. I want snow. Just because one model run shows snow here, once doesn’t make it a trend. Yes it is interesting that we have a lot of energy flying around. Just doesn’t make it a trend..yet. Now we will watch. We call these “fantasy runs”

Yeah that is a big issue for WNC. They have a few snow chances going into the end of our week as well. Without proper heating or housing.

Something we have to watch going into the end portion of our week is the gusty winds. Will be gusting from 25-40MPH. This will make clean up in the mountains difficult. Some people don’t have proper housing or heat up there still.

Thinking about going to the mountains later in the week to see the snowfall. Still need to look at new data.
