In PA, our legislators, despite being paid $113,000 or more to represent us full time, can hold side jobs in other industries that can have conflicts of interest with their committee assignments where they choose which laws get passed or get tossed.

Does this sound like a good idea?

This is a PA state house bill. It would enable but not force different localities in PA to use RCV in their elections. This could eventually be introduced at the federal level if there is interest and public pressure.

In Pennsylvania, our movement for Ranked Choice Voting has taken a major step forward: House Bill 123 has been introduced in the PA House! This bill will allow local communities to decide if they want to use RCV.

Capitol Police arrest 18 at protest against lax Pa. campaign finance laws Activists with March on Harrisburg noted 35 fundraisers scheduled in Harrisburg this week before marching through the building.

Sen. Joe Pittman and Rep. Matt Bradford hid from their own constituents today rather than discuss long-stalled bills to ban gifts from lobbyists.

"There is no rest for the wicked or corrupt," Rabbi Michael Pollack.

We will build this movement and keep fighting.

Today was supposed to be about dialogue and solutions. Instead, state leaders hid from their own constituents to avoid discussing corruption bills. There is no rest for the corrupt and the wicked. We are not going anywhere and we are building a stronger movement!

We are here waiting at the office of Leader Sen. Joe Pittman who has avoided talking to us about getting corruption out of our PA gov. Will he show up for the people or does he only show up for lobbyists?
