I adopted a one yr old female cat when my male cat(who I adopted as a kitten) was a yr old. I kept her in a separate room for a week. She hated him on sight & the feeling became mutual and stayed that way. He died last yr at the age of 16. She is now 17 and doesn’t miss him at all.

I could only listen to it because of Ayman. How he stood her is beyond me. My cat is smarter than her.

Our current 11 yr old dog is our fourth rescue pup. We adopted him last July. Wishing you and your pup a happy life!

The only hospital in our town of over 100,000 people is Catholic. So are the hospitals in the next two towns. If your doctor is local and goes to one of those hospitals that’s where you go. You’re right - religions shouldn’t be in the hospital business. There must be money to be made.

I’m so very sorry. I lost my 16 yr old tabby to cancer a yr ago. My current 17 yr old girl isn’t in great shape but still enjoys life. No matter how long they are with us it is never long enough.😿

I’m voting even if I have to crawl there(although I’ll be using my mail in ballot). My husband will be working at the polls like he usually does.

Poppies are blooming in our yard on the central coast too. It’s supposed to be 85° here tomorrow.

We went there and Borth. One beach(I forget which)had a problem with jellyfish that summer and they were everywhere on the beach and in the water. In all of our photos we’re wearing coats over our swimsuits so it must have been chilly.

I was there when I was a child many years ago while visiting my mom’s family in England. Still have photos of us on the beach - donkey rides and Punch & Judy.

When I was registering my rescued pup at our local animal shelter I noticed the photos of so many Huskies waiting to be adopted. When I asked the shelter employee why there seemed to be so many Huskies she said people adopt them without knowing anything about the breed and then give them up.😿
