It's been two days and I can't stop thinking about this

Still not sure how my dad thought that was a good idea. The most swearing I’d heard in a movie until I saw Clerks a few years later lol. I then got very hyped for the sequels, and I had to have a parent take me since I was too young to go alone.

The Matrix! I think I was 12. My Grammy liked watching new movies in her nursing home and any tapes she was done with came home with us. My only prior knowledge of it was it had cool fights and something to do with computers. Totally blown away by the twist!
