Interesting. The franchise lost me after the second one when they refused to kill or move on from Sidney, Gail and Dewey. Though I guess in its own way that was subverting the Rules of Slasher Franchises by keeping the same group of ‘targets’ around for every movie.

When it was released, Its A Wonderful Life was considered saccharine overly sentimental olde timey movie Nobody liked it until it was on TV. It binned so hard it killed the studio that made it.
It’s funny. The bikini/jacket combo seems to be the favourite among people I’ve talked to about it.

Anyway here’s the first five pages of ruffs. Megan’s back from the Beach Blanket Bloodbath and Something-Go-Go comics. I’m still not sure how she’ll be dressed for this story… are you guys interested in following along as I make the sausage?
I’ve started working on a new comic. I’ve gotta sneak time in between real work and other stuff so it’s going slowly. I’ve also got a weird way of working, going straight to page ruffs and writing as I go. Moving back and forth between pages if I change my mind or think of something different..
