I mean they're pretty much tired of accommodating everyone, it's the burrito-taxification of intellectual labour, a cheaper machine designed to kiss the arse of the employer and which solves the labour struggle over the length of the working day by being accessible at the speed of desire 24/7.
I've stepped back from writing about that AI but in my last book I argued that language around LLMs expresses a view of the human in terms of productive ability, and hence they can have mental 'disabilities' e.g. "dementia" before they have 'consciousness'. There's a framework of ability baked in.
A good foundation of that is Robert Chapman's Empire of Normality where they talk about "neurocapitalism" and the idea of ND people being framed as a specialised resource for intellectual labour.
Claude cannot actually feel, it can't think, it doesn't have opinions, it isn't self aware, it doesn't have context outside the immediate window you are using it with. By asking for its comment on war crimes you are legitimizing the idea that it can be used autonomously or for war at all. Stop it.

The NHS has now stopped all medication - puberty blockers and hormones - for trans minors. For most, unless they get drugs from other sources, this means a lifetime, in an increasingly violent and transphobic society, unable to pass. Under Wes Streeting NHS policy is harm and death for trans people.

It rules the world. It is bored. The world is shit because it rules it, and they aren't happy with their own reflection in the resulting order, even as they bought their own bullshit which they enslaved everyone else into selling back to them. They will not forgive the world for this.
This political order is a living swastika, existing by the bloodied simulation of a constant and unceasing motion. It has no symmetry, only symbolic force for an audience constructed as the mirror of its own spite. An infinite scroll of utter disdain for any human life which resists this movement.
The reason they're doing this is to prove they can. It's a gendered spectacle of total impunity, of a brutally abstract reason which declares its sovereignty over the necessity of reasons. A fulfilment of every wish for a class emasculated by victory, which will not be stopped until they're stopped.
American imperial bloodlust wanted to bring untold murder to Iran for so long that the post-hoc search for a casus belli is a buffet of justifications. Every clan of the Empire takes their pick, because there is no 'reason', only the drive: getting high on a world-historical spectacle of cruelty.
'bombing tehran because he cant bomb brooklyn' is a pretty accurate statement about the far right though not trump himself but 'we have been driven so mad by cultural grievance that we want to obliterate the centers of american global power for no reason' is not a thing youre supposed to advertise
