Dolci and colleagues show that TAMs directly stimulate neurite outgrowth, revealing a dual role in enhancing intratumoral nerve growth and promoting neural repair after severe spinal cord injury.

Axes of biological variation in diffuse large B cell lymphoma Wang et al. apply single-cell RNA and ATAC sequencing to diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), revealing phenotypic and gene regulatory distinctions between DLBCL genetic subtypes and between genetic subclones within the same tumor, highlighting the molecular heterogeneity of this aggressive cancer. These findings illuminate DLBCL biology and provide gene signatures that correlate with response to chemotherapy and targeted agents.
