When I was reading up on policies prohibiting free municipal wireless a few months ago, it was pretty hard to fathom how policymakers could be so deliberately cruel.

We are working on two more buildings in the Bronx which brings the total to five. It will take a year or so, but we'll eventually have good coverage of a large part of the Bronx.
