I don't remember the exact specifics of the promo but what killed me was I distinctly recall it being self-inflicted. Cope had no plans to bury him but Ricky CLEARLY said something off script and the former Edge wanted to send a message about trying to steal his heat.
Anyone who has a single working eye knew Cope was 100% right and knew that when he left this would happen.
