Reading “Coyote America” and the liminality of coyote biology keeps coming up. Reminds me of “The Trickster and the Paranormal”, a book that seems to be super relevant considering it’s a paranormal book.

So I don’t often talk about this, but a couple years ago I went partially deaf. Basically lost most of the hearing in my right ear without hearing aids. Since then I’ve felt isolated and removed from the world. I can’t just go out in the rain or go swimming because water might brick my hearing aids
