Thanks :)
Weβve seen ppl donβt test their in-app upgrade & checkout experiences enough = leaving lots of money on the table
We let you build new checkout experiences super fast
Yeh 100%
Key for solo founders is not to get dragged into costs you canβt afford
If $20 is as much as you can pay someone to post, donβt be shy about it. Offer it. You never know
For us itβs $100 for 3 posts
N.B. Post can be same across 3 different channels
We have similar thing at Bonjoro. Users need to connect data source (CRM usually) to trigger video tasks.
But lots of users come in and add contacts manually or upload CSV. Maybe we should limit these tho, hmm π€
P.S. Any tips of pushing that integration aha step? We use 1st empty state for it atm
There's a creator I follow on Insta who *constantly* gets asked to share the locations of the restaurants he reviews.
If you could drop in a command like "@threadreaderapp unroll" on Twitter that would be awesome!!
Is this what you are building?

Spicy question for my fellow SaaS email marketers πΆοΈ
Do you EVER email paid, but inactive users?
...
Yes. [comment reason below]
No. It just kicks out churn!
New feature launching at Bonjoro next week called Fallback Videos!
Here's my draft email launch plan.
Big advocate of different comms to match the users status/industry etc. Also to clarify the goal of each email, ie. reactivations vs. upselling.
What's your approach? What would you add to this?
Looks good! Keep on that path I reckon
Hereβs what we did:
- Took an underused Bonjoro feature (Rollups)
- Used Plandalf to quickly launch a new upgrade experience
- Used Canvaβs high-converting modal design (included in Plandalf)
- Made it so customers could make payment in modal vs new page
Conversion went from 4% to 25%!! π€―
Proving our new SaaS works by dogfooding it on our current SaaS
And the results have been crazy
Added an extra $700 MRR in 2 weeks from one single experiment!
Just need more ppl to test it now

Simple video hook any SaaS marketer can use:
π The challenge
βCan I do X with Y?β
Opening shot MUST explain the whole challenge, minus the answer
Example:
βCan [X] solve [problem your customer has]?β
Opening shot shows X + states problem. But withholds answer.
Then show journey -> solution
An infographic showing the distribution of search intent on Google. On the left, a table lists example queries and their search volumes from January to September 2024, including popular terms like TikTok (352,334 searches) and Carl Jung (3,240 searches). On the right, a pie chart displays search intent by volume: Informational leads at 52.65%, followed by Navigational at 32.15%, Commercial at 14.51%, and Transactional at 0.69%. Source: clickstream panel provided by Datos, assembled and analyzed by SparkToro.
Fascinating research from @randfish.bsky.social.
Google search intent breaks down into:
52.65% informational (seeking knowledge)
32.15% navigational (finding a login page/site)
14.51% commercial (product research)
0.69% transactional (ready to buy/sign up).

Omg this got me π
Great job on this @fekri.io - SUCH a great idea!!
Also canβt believe I hadnβt seen this. So, so good. Thx for sharing
Focusing down hard on the performing [exact match] βsearch termsβ is the key.
But you canβt find those easily without an early broad match βkeywordβ test phase IMO.
Agree. Unless you have v. high ACV, FB, LI etc will not work with an acceptable payback period, barring fucktons of VC cash.
GAds works for high intent keywords. Start with broad KWs. Identify search terms that = sales. Then bid exact match on those & scale spend slowly till diminishing returns
Yep. Same experience. Never accept their recommendations
Is fuckton imperial or metric?
Iβm trying to follow along your recipe

hey, cool idea!

My one hope for π¦
That I don't fall into the trap of seeing it as a marketing channel
I REALLY want it to be a place of expression, learning, and human connection
Like old Twitter
Yeh this. Just hoping I don't fall into the trap of seeing π¦ as a marketing channel
I REALLY want it to be a place of expression and learning. Like old Twitter
Feel like X is also a good place to keep an eye on how those who disagree with you think.
Example of this:
Immediately after Brexit I subscribed to the Telegraph to see how they were spinning the post-Brexit trade agreement discussions. It was eye opening to say the least.
Hoping this isn't just a product of the small sample size (i.e. #Β of days since abstaining)
Wish me luck π€
Also my reactions to external stimulus are, thus far, much less volatile.
Just much more calm and less anxious about the thoughts and actions of others in my immediate environment.
Main thing so far is the ability to consume and absorb complex (mostly new) information in a calm way.
And then reproduce it verbally, or in writing, in a more concise and coherent way.
Been drinking coffee every day since 2020
Decided to stop last week
Feel like I'm discovering old parts of my brain I haven't seen in years
Anyone made a starter pack of email marketers yet?
LMK if youβve seen one π
If not. Iβll make one!
