In some ways, I feel that an emblem being just a characters face can be good because it gives them much more individuality! For instance, for an Ice Bro, an Ice Ball wouldn't be as good as a Hammer Bros. Hammer. But when it's their face and helmet, boom! Easy. I know what you mean though for sure.

Thanks to the Super Mario Galaxy Movie Direct, we got a look at an official emblem for Wart! I've recreated it and added it to the Google Drive on my KoFi.
I have also created some other alternate emblems that are my own takes, and they are in the custom folders.

Decided to release a template for the Nintendo Direct Bingo instead of updating it all the time on my own, it's just easier!
The download hosted on my Ko-Fi comes with a PSD that has a mask set up for transparency. You can also just type in the date!

Kirby air riders pattern. Made this for someone. I'll be releasing kirby air riders stuff on my kofi eventually!
Just so people are aware, you can totally use a tool like GIMP instead of PS. The documentation is just written around photoshop!
Also, if anyone uses these to make UI for their characters, I'd love to see! It makes me happy!

I'm trying to practice Nakaue's shapes more and not depend on purely vector lines or his shading style to carry me. This in particular was sort of styled after some Mario Movie concept art, but it wasn't specifically replicating it. The main bulk is Luigis shapes!

I did some work on this! I made custom power meters, course select icons, and transition screens! The transitions aren't in game yet, but go check out the mod, it's great!
