Then over the years, I saw people use the Bible to justify many cruel things, so to sum it up, I’d rather burn for eternity than spend it with these kinds of people.
I’d rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.
They used to drum Christianity into our heads as kids and I followed because I was afraid of eternal damnation. (Also catholic family.)
I skip the details, but a classmate lost their life and I couldn’t fathom a “god” allowing something like that to happen.
I enjoyed that saga. One of my favourites.
Yoshi’s Island is so beautiful and a blast to play.
I think this might’ve been the fifth Mario game I played.
I remember playing the 16bit remake first. There’s something charming about the original, though.
It was tough for sure! Its sequel felt kinder.
That Lion King game was brutal, especially the stampede level.
A classic!
I played this one for the first time on one of those plug and play things you’d get from sleazy looking markets. They were full of pirated games, and many iterations of Circus Charlie.
