It's a bit confusing that there is actually more than one Citizens Bank. From a cursory reading of news headlines this morning, I thought Citizens Bank in my area had shut down but it's actually another one, also called Citizens Bank, in Iowa.

I thought I had run out of birthday coupons but there was another one in the Chipotle app, so away we go! Sofritas burrito bowl at Chipotle in New Castle. Only the side of guacamole was free but I got the bowl for the promo rewards and badge.

I haven't commissioned anything in over a decade because of bad experience with flaky artists who never deliver. Heck, even a raffle prize I won more recently wasn't fulfilled, so things have not improved.
