30 mins, new record :D

at this point I think I need to make my own game more boring. for productivity’s sake. bcz every time I add something and want to test it, I end up playing for at least 10 minutes.

idk why, but somehow the VS Code chat window performs the worst out of all the editors I’ve tried, even with Opus 4.5.
What kind of sick system prompt are you guys using? Something like: “Please do not solve issues so AI can’t take over our jobs.” @microsoft.com
sustainable profit
Every single day of the past three years, I spent building and trying to grow a SaaS, but about ~40 days ago, I shut down all my projects and my company.
I think it was the most severe burnout I’ve ever experienced in my life, and its effects still haven’t entirely faded.
My indicators are:
- being happy for no real reason,
- giving compliments with a salad of words,
- writing with perfect grammar and lots of long dashes 😄
an AI generated reply is an instant block signal for me
I’m actually using the product on the page but its mobile only, I think this is confusing.
I’ll keep your feedback in mind. I really appreciate your time. 🙌
Thanks for the valuable feedback, Alan.
I intentionally disabled it on desktop because I felt this concept was a better fit for mobile, but it can be enabled with a single flag in the future.
Also I’ll definitely add more use case ideas to the landing page. I really appreciate your time.
I’m doing something similar with @usemevo.com. Your chatbot can collect attributes by asking questions, and it always remembers those custom attributes the next time you ask something.
It's a tool that designs and publishes Instagram-like stories at the top of the mobile webpage.
You can view a working example on getstorieswidget.com by visiting it with your phone. Stories have trackable CTAs for engagement. Can be used to promote discounts, testimonials, feature updates, etc.
Fair enough. Thanks 😄
codebases which continously refactor themselves is interesting idea
Final result after that single line, for those who are interested.

I just made SDK integration ridiculously simple. It used to require adding a target element, including a script, and an extra block to trigger the mount process.
Now it only takes 1 line of code to add the Stories Widget to your website.
Just copy → paste → done.

I changed my mind, no trial, first month $1 is fair enough.
Once you try almond milk, there’s no going back
There will be a 7-day trial.
Also, I won’t be offering a free plan since the price barrier is already low enough. I’m curious to see what effect this will have.
I believe I’ll complete the user guides for popular no-code platforms and frameworks tonight, and then it’ll be ready.
Price will be $1 for the first month, then $4.99. For the yearly plan, the cost is $60, but with a special launch offer, it’s $30 (50% off).
We’ll see.

valid reason to care about the schemas
I’ve been building a Stories Widget. It lets you add Instagram-like stories to any website.
I’m planning to make it live tomorrow, or by Wednesday at the latest. (I hope)

Here’s how I look at it:
• Would I use this on my own projects even if nobody else did?
• Can I build the MVP in under 3 days?
• Do I really like the idea?
If I answer ‘yes’ to at least 2 of these, I skip the validation phase. 😄
I just tested the final state of the stories widget live on a website. I like the overall feel, but I need to load the next story earlier to prevent blink.
I believe it’ll be quick, engaging, and built to boost conversions.
Here’s the screen record from my phone

The initial version doesn’t include Instagram integration, but it’s something we’re considering for the future, along with video support. It currently only works with images.
Use cases in my mind were announcements, discounts, or event links on a mobile landing page; testimonials also a good idea.
