There should have been a better apology. I don't listen to you, not because of this, but this is not a very inclusive podcast. Frank talks to the resort/Boomer nudist only. I feel my specific interpretation of naturist philosophy is not reparented on this podcast. Frank talks to much about himself.

That NN&N Podcast sucks, why are they the voice of AANR? There is so much going on in the world and the spend half the show talking about who's name goes first, so stupid. All that back and forth might be for Baby Boomers, I know I feel it is a waste of time. You guys do a much better job.

This also connects to early naturism. Naturism began as a health reform movement promoting fresh air, movement, and body acceptance to improve health—not to deny disease or redefine illness as wellness. Compassion and science aren’t opposites; respect body diversity while being honest about health.

I appreciate the rejection of body shaming. But I disagree with the claim that obesity itself can be healthy. While health is complex, medical evidence shows obesity is linked to heart disease, diabetes, stroke, some cancers, reduced quality of life, and mortality. Acknowledging risk isn’t shaming.
