Thank you! We use Blender to make the environments!
The Test Chamber is located in T.A.C.O. headquarters, and will be part of the tutorial teaching the player how the game mechanics work. Here's a video of the test chamber being created.

The Time Loom, the device you will use to choose timelines and enter missions, is now implemented into the game. Here's a look at the progression from sketch, to 3D model, to completion.
#indiegame #indiegamedev #gamedev #gamedevelopment #gamedesignc
This week C created a world aligned material setup for materials so they can be applied to meshes of any size without being distorted, even if the mesh is resized.

Here's more progress on Mission 3 of A Minute of Your Time. The terrain has been fleshed out more the timeline and Epochal Eclipse have been integrated.
#indiegame #indiegamedev #gamedev #gamedevelopment #gamedesign
I made the sound effect for the Epochal Eclipse. The eclipse is an important part of the storyline and the gameplay, so the sound sound needs be noticeable. Also, the music of each level needs to be designed around the eclipse sound.

Here's a first look at Mission 3, beginning with the original blueprint and sculpting the terrain. This mission is going to be super eerie. This is also the first look at an idea I have for the background music of the level.

Adding the blueprint for the minute-long timeline into Level 1. This will allow the player to go backwards and forwards in time to search for anomalies

Here's another look at Mission 1 of A Minute of Your Time, now with the Epochal Eclipse integrated.

Some more progress on T.A.C.O. Headquarters. Adding little details to make the place feel like a real office, and seeing how the music feels with the overall vibe.
#indiegame #indiegamedev #gamedev #gamedevelopment #gamedesign
What is the Epochal Eclipse? It's a rare event that occurs in A Minute of Your Time.
During the eclipse, the timelines become unstable and time anomalies are more likely to occur. Your job as a T.A.C.O. agent is to find and fix them.

Here's our End of 2025 Recap. It's been a good starting year for JACE Gaming. We're looking forward to 2026, where we plan to have a playable demo for A Minute of Your Time!
#indiegame #indiegamedev #gamedev #gamedevelopment #gamedesign
Mission 1's preliminary layout is almost fully formed, and Mission 2 is starting to take shape as well.
It's been really fun seeing these turn from sketch to blockout to actual worlds. Can't wait to implement characters and anomalies.
#indiegame #indiegamedev #gamedev #gamedevelopment #gamedesign
We started implementing Auto Save! Complete with a notification when the game is started and an icon appearing to indicate it is happening.
It's funny how much goes into basic game functions that we take for granted in modern gaming.
#indiegame #indiegamedev #gamedev #gamedevelopment #gamedesign
More progress on coding the title screen. The buttons highlight when moused over and now work properly!

Hereโs the first look at the Epochal Eclipse,
During the Eclipse, the Standard Thread (the "main" timeline) becomes unstable, increasing the chance of anomalies. Your mission as a T.A.C.O. agent is to track them down and restore order.

An idea for the background music of TACO HQ during idle time/between missions. The vibe is "futuristic elevator music"
