The Virginia Supreme Court has ruled that the state can put a redistricting plan on the ballot this spring that could add as many as four more Democratic seats in Congress.
The referendum will take place on April 21.

NEW: Abigail Spanberger this afternoon ordered that all state agencies leave ICE's 287(g) program.
This means that the state police (and some other agencies) will no longer be empowered to detain and arrest people for ICE.

Until regulators! force data centers to self-supply or pay for load increase, residential customers will be subsidizing growth. 📈I think they should pay the incremental grid costs they cause to operate at capacity. SMRs sounded good at first, but not in my backyard-ism applies. ☢️

🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!
ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth and private conversation.
