Seems like an end of an era.
When I was in grad school, one of the most powerful people on campus was the "Ruler Lady." At a time when we could only submit complete dissertations as hard copy, this lady would check if the margins/formatting were correct & acceptable.
Today, the room availability booking person is powerful.

If I could change one piece of the discourse-that-drives-policy it’d be to underscore that higher education is not only a benefit to the individual but to all of us. It’s a collective good.
Couldn’t help noticing that women’s gold medal hockey game held on a weekday. But men’s game on a weekend when easier for folks to watch.
USA won gold, but Canada’s uniforms are so much better. We look like a Fanatics special.

I’ve run events in the Concert Hall. I’ve gone to the opera, jazz concerts, musicals, and plays. The Kennedy Center is a special place. I am terrified about what this means. And who is paying???
