Eu tenho muito medo de mudar minha medicação, pq minha psiquiatra antiga vivia mudando ela e isso me fudeu muito por um tempo.

Com a minha medicação atual, eu to bem estabilizado na parte emocional, mas na parte cognitiva tá bem dificil

É mais coisa de produtividade mesmo

Eu to sem a tomar meus remedios de TDAH a 2 anos. Na epoca eu tomava Concerta, mas ele aumentava muito minha ansiedade. E desde os problemas de saude mental q eu tive em 2024 eu parei de tomar e n substitui por nenhum novo, pq eu tava com medo da ansiedade voltar
