Gitbash was really giving me a hard time today, but I finally managed to push 1 commit! I have absolutely no clue how to link my local and remote repos, though... So, I've started a new project, and maybe I'll be able to share the code on git someday? (⁀ᗢ⁀)

Yeah, no more just front-end! My sister got me "Grokking Algorithms" and it's awesome! Though, I definitely need to brush up on my algebra to really understand it, lol >•<"

Whoops, looks like I need to take a little break until the New Year. Turns out, making homemade gifts is way more exhausting than I thought, and now my brain just won't process any code... :_D

Right, enough procrastination! I had a little fun with the website, but now I'm back to focusing on my studies! Today I conquered HTML tables and forms. I'm nearly ready to begin learning CSS – hopefully I'll actually get to it before Santa arrives! xD

Guys!! Check it out – screenshot of my first HTML webpage, just like I promised! I'm so happy it worked, even if it's a bit unsightly. It's all mine though! Planning to add two more sections and learn Git so I can share the code with you all :D

The HTML webpage is still a work in progress – I slightly overestimated my time. But I wanted to share that I took third place in a chess tournament today! It's a pretty good excuse, right? The page will be chess-related, btw 🤫

So, I had a whole hour today! (/sarcastically speaking, yeah) I finally learned about image placement in HTML, so I'll probably attach a screenshot of my webpage tomorrow (procrastination permitting), using the skills I've already acquired

I only had half an hour for studying today because of schoolwork. I managed to cover just one topic – HTML lists – but hey, it's better than nothing! <(￣︶￣)>

I barely figured out how to work with html documents in Pycharm, and then it turned out that the explanations for the course would only be for VSCode… :0
But now I've written and run my first html code. I think the day was not in vain!

Today I started a course on HTML and CSS on the Stepik platform, learned the basics, outlined new material on two A4 sheets, and also found an awesome Roadmap on learning web development on YouTube. A great start has been made! (~˘▾˘)~

I didn't have much time today, so I only had enough time to watch the first video from the CodeWithHarry course, but it already gave me a good idea of what I'll be doing, at least for the next six months... :_D
My two friends and I'll be coding a business card website (the first such experience!)
I have the whole frontend on me, but I also want to deal with the backend. It's going to be an interesting adventure!
