Agreed. I'll find myself scrolling through feeds from time to time, but my motivation to actually engage has severely deteriorated over the years, especially since the downfall of Twitter. I deleted and reinstated my account as a way to boycott it, but it's hard to find a good platform nowadays.

In 2024, I made a comeback with ITL on my L-TEK. While I got a lot of mileage from that pad, the maintenance that it required was becoming overwhelming for me. Hopefully ITL2026 will be announced soon for me to lock in. And if so, I'll be seeing you on the leaderboards!

With that comes the intimidation that I'm already going to have to try to catch up with almost two years worth of content on top of the other GrooveStats content that I missed out over the many years! But the grind continues somewhere and I am looking forward to it.
A friend of mine has a machine with the setup which I have been playing on from time to time, permitting that I can fit the time and energy into that schedule. And when I do play it, I'm always having a blast. Every session is a new session to work on something.
When returning to some streams recently, I'm seeing charts that just not only blow my mind, but other people's minds. Something that screams "I NEED TO PLAY THIS NOW." The diversity on how tech has evolved really makes the sky the limit since there is always something new.
It has felt incredible that I've been slowly returning to the ITG scene yet again. While DDR has had a good run, it's getting expensive just to simply play A20+ at D&B and DDR WORLD is almost inaccessible to me with how my schedule works (if I had a more flexible schedule, I'd be playing weekly.)

Got some ITG in tonight! Had trouble getting ArrowCloud working on my profile, but it seemed to be recognized in the machine itself. I will try to troubleshoot it next time.

Back to a derusting phase. Mostly worked on lowers to break in the new Nikes for the first time. Sucks to feel low on energy all the time now, but felt nice to play. Once the weather gets nicer, hopefully I'll have more energy to push for uppers again.

Completely understandable. I think it's honestly the reason why I tend to keep to myself a lot, social or not haha.

I've been having a lot of constant headaches where my body is just using all of its energy just to keep me up. Can't tell if it's fatigue or allergies. Or both. Feeling better today. Could we please keep this up all day so that I can actually start grinding on ITG again?
Our minds often play horrible tricks on us and deceives us by thinking of the worst case scenario. I hope for the sake of establishing and growing these connections that the truth is not the horrible things that we often see.
