Was having knee & back problems so a few months ago I started a pretty intense regime that includes PT, yoga, weight training, and sauna & cold plunge and my body is so tired that my mind is quiet.
Honestly, I highly recommend this approach given the current state of the world.

I get very depressed if I think too much about the Epstein shit because personally I believe that survivors deserve more than just the promise of maybe being a pawn in someone else’s political game after publicly retraumatizing themselves
I remember a time when poly used to cause me anxiety and now I’m like, “Wait, it means that I have a Friday night alone in my house to work on my writing, organize my lingerie, and eat ice cream while watching TV my partner doesn’t like?”
