like we have clear language about "intent vs impact" when it's a harmful thing someone does ACCIDENTALLY, but there's a whole other third thing which is "I did this to get one kind of attention (clicks, laughs, shock) but now I'm getting a different kind of attention (consequences) and I'm mad"

and when the power differential runs the other way, they get to just be like "ha ha calm down, snowflake"

but when the shoe is on the other foot and it's like "actually 'no Totenkopfs in the Senate' feels like a pretty reasonable floor" then suddenly we are being Unfair™️ to a Nice Guy™️
