They could even get three wins in this tournament, which would be fantastic (though I would feel sorry for Wales).

Me too. I was cheering on Italy as if they were Ireland ๐
Scotland beat France, Italy beat England. What even is this weekend of the 6 Nations? I absolutely love it.
So much happening. Crazy game.
50 points past France. This is madness #SCOvFRA
๐๐ Tadej Pogacar scoring a try as well.
I think I have woken up in an alternate universe #SCOvFRA
Incredible performance by Scotland against France. Giving this championship a bit more life.
Monica just doesnโt know when to quit. Absolutely dogged ride from her today. #StradeBianche
Chris wrote this during the Vuelta last year and I'm so glad we were able to bring it to the wider world.
I think it sums up so much about cycling and elite sport in general. It's not supposed to be easy, embrace the challenge and push your boundaries.
The way England are playing, Ireland could come away with a win, a bonus point and the six counties back.

Thank you. I will take a look.
Wow!
Palestine Action win judicial review - Guardian report.
This is a *big* legal win.

Thank you ๐ซถ
I primarily eat plant based, but I do eat some fish. I also take supplements most days to bump it up.
I thought I had it fixed, too. I have dramatically increased my iron intake through diet but it's obviously not enough. Hoping I can finally figure it out.
Ergh, I am sorry you have to deal with that, too. Why do our bodies have to make things so difficult sometimes. ๐ซ
Here's hoping for both of us.
I hope you get your levels to a good place soon. I am going to see the doctor next week to see if we csn figure out why mine keeps plummeting.
Anaemia friends ๐ It's such a pain, isn't it. I have spent 8 months in the last two years taking iron supplements and it just never seems to stick.
I have had quite the eventful day. Went running in the rain, then finally managed to close out the claim on my car, and got diagnosed with anaemia for the eleventy billionth time in the last three years. ๐ฎโ๐จ
Incredible riding from Mauro and Paul ๐ฅ textbook performance ๐ #TourofOman
These people are grotesque. Absolute pure evil.
So happy for Monica, brilliant ride and first WT podium ๐ #UAETourWomen
Oh, interesting. Then yes I can imagine the European use of whistling at sporting events would come as a culture shock.
I am curious, what does it mean in the US?
Running was never something I thought I would enjoy. I only started doing it just over 18 months ago. At first, I pushed through because the challenge was enticing but now I actually look forward to my runs, which is something I don't want to lose.
I am doing my best not to increase my distances by too much each week. My long runs were consistently at 10km before I starting this process so right now it's only a minor increase. I am following a plan by Nike Run Club, so hoping that will get me through injury free.
Wow, a 30km hill run sounds intense. Good luck with it! 8km is no mean feat, either. I am concious of not wanting to ruin the fun of it for myself so I don't want to completely torture myself on my runs to get a certain pace.
