I'm still in it, via TA and now owning my own recruitment marketing agency, where HR is technically my client and yes, there are plenty of good ones! (Thankfully)

But now my team gets to decide who we work with, and we have a 100% no asshole rule... 💁‍♀️

I don't think they ever have been. And one of the reasons I left mainstream HR is bc I was no longer willing to be the mule for my employers.

Sadly, too many HR folx are willing to because it's easier than walking the tight rope between the interests of the company and the employee.

Unreal to me that Dems see @Rubio as more negative than the actual white suprematist, Miller. I just don’t get it. Rubio is a run of the mill ass kissing, flip flopping politician. Miller has a clear ideology that endangers many.
