Trust me it's a hell of a lot cheaper and more effective.
We never mention is many who are #neurodivergent spend years being given inappropriate serious medication, anti depression, anti anxiety, even anti psychotic drugs. It really is horrific as it never works, years in and out of therapy.
So if your trying to save NHS budgets tbh. Diagnosis matters.
I was late diagnosised too long history of trying to cure me with anti depression anti anxiety pills. Never worked was awful.

I don't mind debate at all, but you need at least SOME evidence. Otherwise it's just opinion. Might be informed but that's not science. "I think" is not the same as "here is some evidence lets debate"
