It’s pretty embarrassing for them! I was especially surprised because I had worked with these people for years and they were willing to throw away a partnership over…. Cookies that tell people they are loved no matter who they are?
I can say that the one I’m no longer working with is a printshop local to me in Knoxville, TN! They aren’t a huge nationwide place or anything.
But if anyone in TN is reading this and wants a great place to work with: the new printer is Wonder Press in Chattanooga and they are lovely people.

Isn’t that bonkers! TN sales tax is ~9% too, so lol. I’ve paid comparable booth fees and found it to be worth it, but the percentage requirement on top is just silly goose behavior!!
