I really liked The Séance of Blake Manor! Interesting story, awesome artwork, great voice acting, and game mechanics that really support the anxiety-inducing setting. It's firmly at the top of my "story deduction games to play with your friend or loved one" recommendation list.

For any new voice actors: this is a ploy designed to get you to offer a very low rate, by you reflexively going “no no we can sort something out”. They often do have the budget to pay standard rates but are hoping to con you.

Their latest email suggests that, as they didn’t fix the washing machine and I claim that broke the contract, me staying in the house paying rent made me a squatter.

Which is hilarious if you could see how nice I keep the place, but also why would you try to get a squatter to pay a rent rise?
