Great list. Maybe it's covered here already but how about negotiator? In a previous life I had to convene a monthly meeting of comms leads across local NHS and a big city council to agree shared comms messages about a citywide health and social care transformation. Tough learning curve!!!

Evidence published in Social Psychiatry and Psychiatric Epidemiology (Aug '24) suggests kindness decreases social isolation and loneliness. It's also associated with lower blood pressure and the stress hormone cortisol. Volunteering is connected with living longer and functioning better as we age! 💙
