Haven't played much but feels really weird that Pathologic 3 came out and hasn't shown more love in general, specially from indie press. Makes me think about the difference between how RPS received Patho 2 and the original Butchering Pathologic article.

Worst part about "videogames have bad writing" thing is the annoying is the reductive way in which interactivity and the interplay with the other aspects is thought.

Joel was always a POS, and the idea of the game was unconditional love, it was always very simple. It was thanks to the acting that it made it look like it was something with more depth.

True, 1000xResist and Mouthwashing for me specially. Lorelei and The Laser Eyes, Echostasis, Lorn's Lure and just a ton of other games that will get lost in the GOTY discurse is infuritating.
One of my favorite moments in gaming. In JPT you have to travel to different places in time and to do you get into a torture like device machine that shows you a Window's screensaver type of graphics with sounds and voice lines from the game all mushed up together.
