Ugh, it's awful. My surgery has an online triage form and if I don't click on the 'right thing', it won't let me proceed to submit the form, so I have to find an option (symptom I don't have!) that will let me proceed. I feel for the elderly and those not tech savvy trying to navigate this bs.
