It is exhausting, but living on this side of the pond, we have a unique perspective and can see things a lot more clearly, I think. We aren't constantly surrounded by American politics in our daily lives (unless we immerse ourselves in SM/MSM) - & can engage/switch off when we want/need to

Case in point from my previous post why most of us American ex-pats in Europe have no plans to go back to US any time soon, especially the ones of us who have dual citizenship & might be deemed 'useful' & detained

Most of my American ex-pat friends & I here in the UK & the EU have NO plans to travel to the US until the orange felon is removed, dies or is no longer in office, especially with US citizens being detained - I think there should be an advisory for flying in to US in general from US Embassies
