To clarify it was my communion haha but yeah. Idk, I also got a teacup from the local butcher I still have.

I truly miss the little summary pitches you usually have at the back of the book. It's still there, but it's gradually being pushed away by the trope list or "that one sentence"
It doesn't summarise anything, it just gives you what viral trending cares about. :'/

Entirely yeah. It concentrates on... The love story and ignores all the other aspects that makes it a highly critical novel on toxic relations and well, the racism
At least that's what I can see from people speaking up on it and how the commentaries go when they talk positively about the film
