actually crazy how we always have the military budget to attack other countries at will and launch wars but we can’t put that money instead towards fixing the affordability crisis. providing healthcare. education.

I've been suffering severe mental and physical anxiety since Christmas, when I had a major panic attack. Nothing I've tried has helped. I'm unable to do much work to make ends meet and now I need to drop money on a doctor (I have no insurance.) Anything helps.

I tried so hard to prevent this, but I'm literally falling apart. I can barely eat and sleep. Thought I had it under control for almost a week, then my health took another nosedive. I feel like my body is trying to tear itself in half.

LRT (LRP?) is pretty relevant atm, trying to reoptimize my time this year after a long depressive rut and replace bad habits with more learning + reading + honing skills. Definitely feeling the benefits so far

I’ve replaced a lot of scrolling w/ learning things lately, been really drawn to art anthropology / history, and I’ve been keeping a little notebook next to me to write down anything new I learn, even if it’s just a snippet and not structured notes. The positive impact is definitely felt!
