I've had a busy week. This lady is one of our oldest community cats and was attacked last week. She ended up with a very serious neck wound and after two surgeries to close the wound, she is now recovering in my bathroom, isolated from my other kitty
She will spend the next 10 days under my care🤍

We already have a backpack with documents, food, and medicine in case we need it.

It's 5 a.m and I haven't been able to sleep at all.
I live in a town far from the capital, but even so, I could hear lots of helicopters flying overhead.
There haven't been any more explosions or helicopters, but I can't help feeling anxious.

Caracas is under fire. Multiple U.S. strikes have hit key military sites: Fuerte Tiuna, La Carlota airbase, and a communications center in El Hatillo. Explosions echo through the capital, the power is out in parts of the city, and U.S. helicopters are flying low. Fires also rage near La Guaira.
