The elections are set unless there is a huge wave. Without a wave, if people are able to vote, the ballots are lost or not counted. It is simple.
Something unique to the United States, unlike France, is that people here can’t take to the streets because it may risk there jobs which in turn risks their healthcare. In the rest of the world people do not fear losing their work and healthcare with every minor revolt against the establishment.

We saw what happened yesterday in TX with voting locations being changed and everything else to disenfranchise voters, particularly black voters. Saw the same in FL when I resided there. Mass turnouts and there were ballots lost and not counted, people not being allowed to vote, it was so scary.
