I think Bracket 1 decks will be so few and far between that using 25 our system dedicated to them doesn't make sense. The issue I think this bracket system is trying to solve is creating good games with unfamiliar pods. A small percentage of games in that context will be with current bracket 1 power

My main problem with this is having precons at 2. Precons are BAD. They are fun and necessary but you have to try to make a deck worse than a precon. These mythical "ultra casual decks" that are some how worse than a precon you can buy at target for $40 should not take up 20% of our power ranking.
