Mobile home parks are cool. They are super dense, allow for ownership, affordable and have by-right rules through the state code.

It's a shame that they are demonized when we need them most. Local governments are so against zoning for new MH parks.

Their mobile homes burned down in the Palisades Fire. Now the property is quietly up for sale The Palisades Bowl was a rare affordable spot in the area. As sellers pitch the property as a “blank canvas" for developers, those displaced wonder if they'll ever go home.

If you leave it to local governments or the coastal commission, mobile home residents that lost their homes to the Palisades fire do not have a right to rebuild.

Actually, over 200 people will be displaced to build about 20 brand new mansions.
