Sharing some thoughts on standardizing agent workflows, these are the custom agents and commands for Claude Code I've been using across my projects - kowitz.net/blog/claude-...
Jotted down a couple of thought on software development experience with ai so far and some emerging trends for 2026 - kowitz.net/blog/ai-soft...
I may have been a little obsessed with AI coding recently...π€ the speed of iterations you can achieve is pretty insane. This is 7 weeks of pretty much not sleeping.
Our jobs are changing to writing tools to enable AI to write more tools. Having said that, I've been having a lot of success with a simple SQL Server MCP connector - github.com/brendankowit.... It creates a feedback loop enabling the agent to solve the problem e2e
Mediatr going commercial really did open up the flood gate for everyone writing one. So many to pick from now, including my own :P
Here's a new one π I asked AI to write a utility library, then asked if any of the code it produced infringed on copyright. It claims it's a cleanroom design...While the concept of me describing requirements and having an unfamiliar party write the code, don't think an AI tool can claim that...
In general I like the Copilot summaries and transcripts from meetings. Though, today we were apparently writing an "AP Ο" π
Agree, you can do almost _anything_ with Bundles. The use case might be to update the units of 10K Observations based on a batch or tag or some other search. Some other similar 'bulk field update' uses too. Its more on convenience and reducing client work
Having some interesting discussions recently on the need to "Bulk Patch" in #FHIR. Generally, I'm on board.
Ok, maybe it's just me... if you saw this icon with no labels, what would you expect it do to...Filter or Sort?
@ginocanessa.bsky.social Hey Gino! Nice to see you here, I think the transition from X is almost complete :)
I donβt think I mind AI being trained on my data. It does accelerate a lot of tasks now, but when I think itβs X doing it I want to go back and delete every tweet I ever had π€·π»ββοΈ
Seattle is good, still not a fan of the soggy winters :D MS has been an interesting journey, but still some interesting milestones still in front of us
Indeed, just clicked through to your blog haha, I'm trying hard to like social media again :D
Our team recently released some best practices for getting the most out of your #FHIR server, worth checking out - learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/...
3rd time lucky, this will be the social platform thatβs sticks right? Who else is onboard I should follow?
Wow, looks exactly like old Twitter :D
